T-Mobile demonstrates the possibilities of 5G technology in an intimate setting at  their 5G & Me Innovation Center. Visitors are immersed in technology-rich experiences throughout their visit.

Belle & Wissell designed a responsive media sculpture that welcomes guests as they arrive—through a series of branded, generative animations. As each person approaches The Memory Wall, they are detected with sensors, and are subsequently invited to contribute photos of themselves in this dramatic setting. These content contributions are immediately incorporated into the column-like canvases that make up the collective wall.

The installation also acts as an experience summary for each of the guests when their visits conclude—presenting associated personalization with avatars, and additional captured photo sets captured during their visit. Customization of The Memory Wall’s behavior, generative modes, and media content are all managed within a companion CMS.
