“Beasts!” was an exhibition of hidden creatures, developed in collaboration with Fantagraphics and Born Presents, and curated by Jacob McMurray and Gabe Kean.
The show was a reflection of the Fantagraphics’ book of the same title, which was realized by Fantagraphics’ art director Jacob Covey.
Breathtaking images from 90 artists and 5 writers were brought together to tell the tales of these captivating creatures.
“Beasts!” includes a media installation by Belle & Wissell’s Aaron Hedquist and Gabe Kean, 22 original works, a map wall by Jacob McMurray, and a chalk wall rendered by Sven Sundbaum.
