The Fantasy Bike Build is an interactive installation at the Harley-Davidson Museum that allows visitors to customize historic Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
By swapping parts from other historic Harley-Davidson motorcycles, visitors are empowered to design their own dream bikes.
Users can previsualize an array of part options, with a large selection of complimentary finishes and paint colors.
When the bike is completed it’s given an unique bike number, added to the permanent collection database, and presented above for all to see on the Virtual Road animation.
Project Accolades:
AAM Muse Awards Silver Medal, 2009
The Today Show “Harley-Davidson Museum Preview with Tiki Barber,” 2008
Los Angeles Times “Harley-Davidson Museum is hog heaven,” 2008
MSNBC “Harley-Davidson revs up for museum’s opening,” 2008
