Belle & Wissell created a unique media installation at Asurion’s Nashville headquarters to celebrate the work of Asurion employees. The technology-rich experience highlights the difference they make in helping customers with their technology challenges.

Employees and guests alike are greeted in the building’s lobby with a compelling combination of illustrated mural graphics and multi-sensory animated content—all delivered through an elaborate detection, projection, and sound system. The installation senses presence and responds with immersive storytelling, all through touch-less interactions.

Five story zones within the alcove were designed to be activated both individually or simultaneously, supporting a range of use between a single user and group engagement. The narrative content is all inspired by true stories that depict the work of Asurion employees, demonstrating the tremendous impact of the help they provide for their customers.

This brand story experience was created in close partnership with Asurion’s own brand team, HASTINGS architecture, and illustrator Jen Backman.
