For the expansion of its digital experiences on the GeO-Deck, the Reunion Tower selected Belle & Wissell to create a fun and inclusive new guest experience for the iconic Dallas landmark.
The Constellation experience invites guests of all ages to join the Reunion Tower community. As visitors approach a Constellation station, they see a virtual, glowing Reunion Tower below a starry sky; two input areas invite guests to create, or add to, their Constellation—allowing several people to participate simultaneously.
Visitors list their name, hometown, others in their party, and the theme of their visit to start their Constellation—themes could include “Love” for an anniversary, “Celebration” for graduation night, or “Learning” for a field trip.
Guests can customize their entry by creating their Reunion Tower avatar: a detailed self-portrait that, with its faceted aesthetic, recalls the tower’s geodesic dome. A picture-building activity gets everybody in the group involved, and features playful stickers relating to the guest’s chosen theme.
Guests can continue building their Constellation on each subsequent visit. Once done adding to their Constellation, the entry shoots into the night sky above the Reunion Tower.
